don't you feel that there are things you just have to do to keep the "I" or "me" of yourself consistent or stable?

for instance, if you stop workout you just won't be the same. you'll be another person, or very different.

when people - that dont know a shit about sports - say to me i'm running to much or trainning a lot I get suspicious of them.

i'ts like they don't whant us to be in shape or like they prefer to see us vulnerable !

do you guys feel, sometimes, something similar ?
