Just reading through all the issues with Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, India, everyone and their dog...
Pretty much anyone with some reasonable means has greater and greater ability to destroy not only cities but nations in one action.
Seems like we're heading into a world were first strike nuclear actions are becoming more a reality than the stand-off place of horror no one wishes to fall to.. ie with USSR/USA and the MAD (mutual assured destruction) concept.
What happens when an extremist coup takes power in a nuclear capable nation.. and reports come out that they are fighting over the controls over such weapons.. and the last reminants of the existing regime is falling...
