Stay away from that shit. It is highly addictive and has destroyed more bodybuilders lives than any other drug in their arsenal. Many have died from its use including Paul Borresson this year.

Its not morphine by any way shape or form. Its not a narcotic or controlled substance. It is a synthetic non narcotic medication that can be habit forming after a substantial time.2KRUNK said:

It's pain medication and fairly stong at that. Unless a Dr. perscribed it for you stay away from it.
People rationalize it's use all the time but having used it and seen a fair amount of friends use it, nothing positive has ever resulted from its use. On the negative side, I know several people who were addicted to nubain and then other pain medication. A few lives were screwed up permanently.

In his books he talks about his addiction as if he had beaten it but I happen to know several people in the UK which knew him personally that have told me he was still hooked and that is what killed him.

I used to party with Scott Millan. He is this huge bodybuilder who does battledome now as well. He uses Nubain. Says its the bomb. Have to admit though, I think he was addicted. He was in Canada for like Three weeks and he had to get a guy to mail him some from California. Can't wait three weeks?!

I doubt your friend waited 3 weeks. He probably brought his supply up with him and ran out. I had friends that took it everywhere with them in those little crap hipsacks. They also like to keep it hidden as no one wants to advertise their addiction.
Very scary - having used it, it is not "the bomb". If that stuff makes you feel really good then you are either in rediculous pain or your 'normal' state of mind really sucks.
If you need to alter yourself to have fun I think your time is best spent finding out what's bothering you and causing issues in normal mode.
