NTBM protein bars make great meal replacements

those of you who have followed my posts know how much I absolutely HATE the idea of meal replacements. I believe in eating, eating, workout, sleep.. rinse repeat. this whole meal replacement thing is not my thing.

but these NTBM protein bars are different. I have made them my breakfast of choice now while I have been cutting, and they are working beautifully!!! .. lots of protein in the morning and it has just the right amount of carbs/cals feeding my muscles
 
That actually has been a problem for me lol. They are so filling that I feel full for a while and forget to eat another meal. I am trying to build mass so this creates a problem lol but they are great. just got to remind myself to eat.
 
Do you make them with honey? (I'll try a low carb version soon)
 
you add honey and peanut butter of your choice to them. but you don't need honey if you do not want it. they still taste great without honey.

bulking = with honey
cutting = without honey

:D
 
I've been eating two bars and a whey shake as a meal on the go while I work.

The only bad thing is I just killed my last bag :(

Time to re-up!
