Sorry, but I'll wait for days before I get a response on the personal trainer bpard. Are here a lot if any questions related to the human bio type content of the first few chapters of The Essentials of Personal Training Textbook? any anatomy questions regarding the heart and technical muscle stuff, fascia and firing of neurons and all that useless technical shit?
