for anyone that has used npp, two questions....1. do you hold water on it, and second, did you find that it still helped with your joints at all.
Currently I am under 8% bf and just maintaining till I start contest prep in around a month, joints are sore, so I started running a low dose of deca, and within 2 weeks, I am all bloated and look like crap. So I am considering npp to help my joints, but hopefully not look like a fatass
