NPP-Optimal injection frequency??

It is known that NPP has to be injected at least e3d. But there's any optimal frequency? just like with Tren, we know is better ed than eod. Can anyone determine the optimal frequency for NPP?

eod would be best... but e3d is just fine, and treated me well.
