Seen some people run it mon,wed, fri but the way I layed above probably will keep blood levels more stable imo.
I remember loving it big time. Ran a great recomp with it back in 2007. All I remember is jogging the bases for what seemed like the 100th time in my softball playoffs and the other team was chanting "BALCO BALCO"...long story short. I love NPP.
