Now my left wrist is aching... I swear I think my whole left side is falling to pieces. The pain is nothing like when I hurt my back the other day, it just feels like the tendonitis I used to get in my right wrist when I played tennis. I figured out what I was doing wrong with tennis and changed my form. Now I just have to figure out what I'm doing wrong lifting and fix it. Just needed to to rant.
