ulter what would be good to stack these with for a first cycle.. anavar, winnie, deca,etc, etc, what would be your choice.. looking to gain some lbm while cutting some bf
 
First cycles should always be test alone. I suggest you use 500mg/wk of enanthate for 8 weeks with an aromatese inhibitor.
You can't gain LBM and cut at the same time effectively, especially on a first cycle. You'll either hold back your gains by not eating enough or you'll eat too much to be losing fat. It's winter. Put on the mass and then work off the fat and water you gain on your second cycle. Your first cycle should be all about gaining as much LBM as you can.

I say just do clean bulking cycles all the time and save the cutters for pre-contest. You'll end up making better use of the juice that way.

really depends on the person. if you are a technical mesomorph, then this is very viable. With endo/ecto's it can go either way. though its generally a solid path. some people will find it very difficult to really lean bulk effectively
 
i'm already 226 i'm sure even a cutting cycle will put 7 to 10 lbs on me while cutting some bf.. which is all i'd want out of a 10 week cycle
 
ulter i currently have energ volumedna and cee and i usually never take off so i was taking the supps every day.. i'm gonna start taking days off should i still take the supps even on days off or just preworkout post workout
 
i'm saying i've been training 7 days a week.. i'm gonna start going 3 on 1 off.. i'm just wondering if my one day off if i should still be taking cee/volumedna/energ.. even though i'm not working out.. what i'm doing now is volumedna/cee pre workout then 2 scoops of energ postworkout then 2 more at dinner.. thanks in advance big guy.. its 40 degrees where i'm at. and feeling fucking great
