Novladex advise,

Hey,

Just wanted some advise im currently doing a 8 week cycle of var, i was advised to get sum novladex and take 10mg ed for duration of cycle and for 2 weeks after , is this correct as i was also told just to take it after cycle for 21 days.

Need more info... How much var how long and so on

Anyway to best of my knowledge var doesn't aromatize and turn into estrogen... So u should experience no such estrogen related sideeffects... Because of this using nolva during the cycle seems like a waste to me.

You will definitely need nolva after though... I would start nolva a day or two after last pill at 20mg a day for a month or 40mg for first 2 weeks then 20mg next two...

I would personally also use clomid... However I wouldn't do a var only cycle anyway.

Im 25, 149 pound, 5'6, been training for 5 yrs but serious for 2 yrs, the reason for going on anavar alone is its my first ever cycle and my goal is to cut up and maybe increase my size a little.

I plan in taking 50mg ed split 25 am 25 pm for 8 week. As i said i have novladex 60 20mg tablets.

Well your weight is a tad on the low side and I'm sure people will come in here saying you can gain 20 pounds easy naturally... But I don't care...

Hmmm k well I'm an proponent of first cycles always being test only... Oral cycles are not really cycles.

Anyway anavar is only oral steroid To show some fat loss effects although I'm sure they are mild at best... With a good diet you can cut up sure... Don't expect too much gains though especially if your trying to cut up at the same time.
If you can afford it then up the dose of anavar to atleast 80 a day,,,

Pct as always after couple days PF last var u start taking nolva I would say 40 40 20 20

I would follow a standard AAS, PCT protocol after your cycle.
If your only going to run the NOLVA go: 40mg wk1, 30mg wk2, 20mg wk3 (DAILY)

Thanks for the advise, also i had planned to take milk thistle throughout but the somebody mentioned that i shouldnt as i will not get the full effect and gains!!??
