novladex advice needed

I am on a winny/EQ cycle and I am having a little trouble with bloat and with my love handles. I am losing the weight but I still look smoother than I would like and I know that the fat in the love handles is bound to estrogen and especially hard to get rid off. I have access to Novladex but not to arimidex. Is the novladex going to be effective in helping to shed this fat, and is it worth it at the expense of the hinderance of any gains? Thanks
