I have one of those metabolisms from hell that won't let me gain any weight no matter how I eat. To put it into prospective, I once went 3 months eating close to 8000 calories/day (which included weight gainer supplements, vitamins, and lots of extra protein). I lifted weights every other day religiously. After all that, I gained a grand total of 7 lbs. The sad part is that the 7 lbs wasn't real. I lost it all in 4 days when I developed bursitis in both shoulders and had to stop weight-lifting for a couple of weeks to let it heal. Oddly enough, I did see significant strength gains even though I saw no weight gains. I started out benching about 120lb and ended benching close to 200lb. In retrospect, the rapid increase in weight lifted was probably responsible for the bursitis.

I have decided to give it another go but this time I am planning to enlist some chemical help. I have been cruising around the web gathering information on various steroids but still am unsure what I should start with. I have heard that D-bol is good but that by itself the weight gained will go away after you stop. That's no good. Can anyone advise me on what to take to start and what the appropriate dosage would be? I am 5'8" and weigh 130 to 135 lb. I would like to gain about 20 lb's good lean mass that will stay after I stop taking steroids. Is that a reasonable goal to be achieved in one or two 8 week cycles?

First off.I'd train one body part once every 7 days not that every other day shit you where doing because it clearly wasnt working.A good beginner cycle that would show some gains(I put a few you can do below, just my opinions)

Weeks 1-4(25 mg D-Bol a day split up so you take a tab every 4 hours due to its short half life)

weeks- 3-10(400 mg Deca Each week)

Now if you want I'd suggest getting somekind of test to run with the Deca to prevent Deca dick I'd say 500 mg a week. Unless you want to do only 200 mg Deca a week and 250 mg test this may show results concidering it's your first cycle. The D-Bols at the beginning is to just give you a little jump start with your cycle.Well good luck just hit me up if you need some more info. Also you'll probably want to pick up some liquidex and deffinately get clomid for post cycle.

how old are you bro? you said you were eating 8,000 cals a day for 3 months and you only gained 7lbs? i don't believe it. give me an exact meal plan of one of those days. include the time of the meals, and portion size.

I would say to stay natural for a while longer till you build more of a base...once your at a pretty lean 150 then maybe get on some drugs but you dont wanna rush into things...thats how you get hurt. I know thats not what you wanna hear but it does take time if you wanna do things the safe/right way.

i would not reccomend steroids to him. he needs to get his diet and training in check before jumping to steroids. there is know way he ate 8,000 plus cals a day for 3 months and only gained 7 pounds!

I agree, I had a roommate similar to this. Had some muscle, and was always at a ripped 5%. He said he always ate "tons", but I watched him eat.. it wasn't that much. Eating that extra weight gain 2000 doesn't mean your eating that much more.

are you getting enough EFA's when the body is severely deprived of EFA's it cause muscle to break down easily (speaking from experience). Also why dont you give us a sample of you diet and your 8000 cal regime. If you need the consume this much to get gains then you're gonna have fun eating 10,000 while on , lol.

It looks like you have 3 months of training under your belt. You are nowhere near your natural plateau, give it 5 more years...mabey then! Even the most experianced BB's kid themselves claiming to consume X number of calories/day. If you were eating 8000cals/day you'd spend 1/2 the day in the kitchen and the other 1/2 on the shitter.
Use the search engine...bulking diets!

I was/am the same way, although I am starting to finally slow down a little. I felt as if I were consuming unreal amounts of food and just not able to gain. In reflection I can see that it was so unbalanced that I never really had a plan. That and the occaisional party would throw everything out of whack. What I recommend, is you sit down and develop a diet - and most importantly, stick to it. Go for about 4-5k calories and meet that goal everyday (not in one meal, try 6) for at least a month. You will see the weight start rolling in. Throw in some weight gainer a couple times a day just to get those 'extra' calories (dont count them as your 4-5k) and you will be a fatass in no time. Now comes the workouts. Get yourself a solid workout where you train each muscle group once a week. Maybe twice on smaller groups if you have excellent recovery times. I did what you want to do. I started when I should have learned how to diet, workout first. Once you start on the juice you need to know that, otherwise its all a waste. You can do it with a little dedication. Steroids will not give you any dedication whatsoever. First things first.

I would have to see this to believe... No matter how fast your metabolism is, if you consume 8k/day for 3 months, you WILL gain MORE than 7lbs. Unless of course you cardio 6 times a day!!!

BOUNCER - Good Man!.....This kid doesnt need to be jucing yet.....Apparently from what i can see is he's matabolism is in 5th and he's training and recovery is in park......Kid, if ii were you i would concentrate on your strength gains and eating.....The weight will follow!............

It´s almost impossible to eat 8000 cals for 3 months. I eat abnormal amounts of food, some of my friends call me a lunatic when they see my breakfast, and I don´t come close to 5000 a day, eating mostly clean of course.
I think you need to learn to train properly, use the right supplements (ALA, Creatine, Glutamine) at the right times.
For a great workout regimen take a look at the MAX-OT programm

If you have to do a cycle, i´d suggest a good anabolic/androgenic stack of 300mg Primobolan and 250 mg of Test a week for at least 12 Weeks. Primo can be replaced by Deca or Equipoise, I think those are more cost effective over in the US.

Wow. That's a lot of response!

O.K., first off, I'm 34 years old now. When I was eating the 8000 cal/day and training like crazy was about ten years ago. Getting bursitis and losing it all over such a short period of time was so discouraging I just gave up. I figured I had done everything possible and it had been a waste of time (not to mention money. You should have seen my grocery bills). I was in graduate school and so my hours were strange. I got up around 8am and went to bed around 2am so 6 hours sleep a night was the norm. Since I set my own work hours, I could take a break to eat or work out whenever I wanted. My diet went about like this (keep in mind it's been ten years and I may not remember everything): Breakfast consisted of 3 boiled eggs and a 2000 calorie weight gainer shake (blended with 1 qt whole milk). About 2 or three hours later, I would eat a couple of turkey and cheese sandwiches, a cup of pudding and a piece of fruit. After another couple of hours, I would eat lunch, which varied in composition (hamburger and fries or a few chili dogs and fries would be typical). Another 2 or 3 hours later I would eat another between meals snack of 2 or three sandwiches, a yogurt and another piece of fruit. Dinner was usually late (around 9 or 10) because I was in graduate school and was in the lab until late. Dinner varied but was always something easy since I'm not much of a cook. Hamburger helper, Tuna helper, or barbecue chicken from a box would have been typical along with some vegetable like broccoli or corn. Once or twice a week I would cook a steak for dinner. One more 2000 calorie shake about an hour before bed and that was about it. That's five meals a day plus two 2000 calorie shakes. I also took one-a-day vitamins and a calcium supplement. Notice that most of the food I ate (with the exception of dinner) was portable so I could carry it with me to eat while I worked or studied. One thing that probably was counterproductive was that I was (and still am) a heavy coffee drinker. When I wasn't eating, I had a cup of coffee in hand. I know what you're going to say. With all that whole milk, fried foods and red meat my cholesterol must have been through the roof. Actually, I don't know what it was then but I still eat a lot of red meat, fried foods and whole milk and my cholesterol level was 155 last month. One of the good things about my metabolism I guess.
As far as the weight training goes. I didn't know what I was doing and am fortunate I didn't injure myself. I didn't know anybody who knew anything about lifting weights so I just went in and lifted as much as I could as many times as I could every other day. I can almost hear you all chuckling:D I went up as many as 2 to 5 pounds a week with curling and as many as 5 to 10 pounds per week with bench press. I guess I'm lucky I didn't tear everything to pieces!
