novice cycle advice

I did a 250/8 week cycle and kept 8lbs 6 months later. The only problem with this is, some people don't respond at all to 250/week. I definitely have to go with the less is more on first cycles, for the reasons that you stated.

I'm on my second cycle at 437/week/8 weeks. I'm starting my 4th week and am up around 4lbs with no water, or around 7lbs including my water weight. I expect to retain around 15lbs post cycle.

i did 750sust/600EQ 10 weeks my first "real" cycle. another words cycle w/ injectables....not just winny/anavar/dbol etc. when i started i was the same weight and 2" shorter than you. so i'd say your alright with that mg amount. i feel i should have went higher actually, i wasn't thrilled w/ my gains and neither was my friend who did the same (w/o EQ though). he admitted to a rather shitty diet, and i ate proper (enough protein and made sure to eat every 3 hrs).....but held back cals so as not to get fat. i suppose i did what i was aiming for in losing fat and gaining some muscle.

Good advice. Not everone needs 500mgs to see gains.

BTW - Natural production of testosterone at best is about 70mgs/week. So he's nearly increasing it x3.
