novice cycle advice

I am a 22 year old college student and was considering doing a cycle for the summer to bulk up. I am 5'10" 165lbs and would like to gain about 15lbs+ if possible. I currently have 11cc's of omnadren and 220 dbols. I was considering picking up probably 10 more sustanons but was hoping for some advice. I was thinking of taking 500mg of sust for 10 weeks and taking the dbols in the beginning maybe 7 a day to kickstart the cycle. I was wondering if I should stick with picking up the sustanon or pick up a different steroid for my cycle. Also, is 500mg for 10 weeks better than 750mg for 7 weeks? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
definately pick up the sustanon its the same as omnadren and 500 mg's a week will give you real good results run the dbol in the beginning no more than 5 weeks. a lot of your results will have to do with the way you eat.
 
dbol, dbol, dbol! :p the most important thing! :) oh yeah, take some injects of the sust/omna too....;) 10 weeks is best BTW with at least 500mg (could go with 750 m/w/f).
 
If it is your first cycle 500mg/week is plenty. You could use your dbol, but 25mg/day should be more than enough. If this isn't your first cycle you could do 750mg/week, or add some deca or eq.
 
for a first cycle at 160 lbs all you really need is 250mg per week for 8/10 weeks and 20mg dbol for four weeks. if you cant put on 15+ lbs from this you are doing something terribly wrong.

I agree with chanmanfoo. Better to see how you react to low doses if this is your first cycle. 250mg per week should be fine, maybe you could frontload for first 2 weeks with 500mg, but that might be overkill since you've got dbol:p . Start your d-bol doses low too if its your first cycle. Like 15mg for first 5/6 days then up to 20mg, you'll definitly feel the effects especially if your 165lbs
 
I am on my first cycle of sust. I'm taking 250 a week and so far I have put on about 8 lbs of lean muscle in 4 weeks. I have lost a good amount of bodyfat aswell so I have actually put on a bit more than 8 lbs. No noticeable water retention either. Strength is up considerably considering its only been a little under 4 weeks.

You will be quite happy with the gains from 250 a week and it gives you a change to see if you are prone to any weird side effects.

although many people may just be replacing near normal levels of T production with this mg amount (the 250mg suggestion). so some may need more even as "newbie's". just a thought................
 
This isn't my first cycle, I did one before of just 10cc's of omnadren over 6 weeks in a pyramid. I made ok gains but then damaged a shoulder ligament playing hockey so I was out of the gym for 4-5 months and lost my gains. Is 750mgs too much for me per week for 10 weeks? Any other questions I'll be glad to answer!
