novedex/tamodex

Hi, im just about to start my first course, i ordered some novedex on line and they sent me tamodex is it the same thing,i have done a bit of research on it and i know it has tamoxifen in it but im still not shore about it, will i get the same results from it. what is the best time to start taking it, ive heard two weeks befour you come off your course and two weeks after you finished.
