Nova instead of Clomid

I have seen MANY threads about Clomid post cycle. I did not realize that Nova can be used.

What is the usual dosage Novaldex for post cycle ?

Is there ANY advantage to using Clomid ?

I disagree. Both clomid and nolvadex are anti-estrogens actually with nolvadex being more effective for this purpose and clomid supposedly being more effective in restoring natural test production.

Another thing is that hcg on it's own post cycle is still not effective enough on it's own. If you say nolvadex won't work then clomid won't either as these 2 drugs are similar again being anti-estrogens. HCG only mimics leutinizing hormone but it does not help to increase in naturally. Completely different class of drug.

I used HCG Post cycle, but I wanted to use clomid as well. I read a few posts that sais that HCG does not do a lot to restore your HPTA and clomid was important for this.

C'mon guys anyone using Novaldex post cycle ?

20mg/ed nolvadex works as well or better then clomid, i found it worked better then clomid and i had less of the emotional sides, and less acne then when i used clomid. Clomid is however generally cheaper then nolvadex.

Also I appreciate the input, because clomid make me very anxious, and Nolvadex is netural,


Question: post cycle how much nolvadex and for how long should you take it to restore your natural test.

I was seriously thinking about never doing another cycle if Clomid was required & I was just getting started.

I guess I will second Solidspines question. What is the standard pot cycle doses for nova ?

same amount of time as clomid, i sometimes run it for a week longer and then switch to arimidex to make sure there is no estrogenic rebound.
