Nothing seems to be going right. Could you use some solid input.

As far as training goes, I've hit rock bottom I feel. I'm mid-cycle and you'd barely be able to tell. Nothing seems to be going right. This goes a little off topic, but I could use some help. My weight staled out at 185lbs at 5000+ calories a day. And I give myself a cheat day, but I just can't bring myself to not eat clean overall as far as trying to get calories in is concerned. The results of my cycle have been disapointing. Currently running 750mg Cyp/week and 70mg T-bol ED. I started out the cycle with a DC style of training. Seemed to lead to overtraining for me rather quickly. Wasn't having luck with the old school dtyle of 10 rep trainig even with a lower volume. At 5000+ calories a day, it was tough enough trying to keep up with eating. I don't know that I could keep up with 6000-7000 calories a day at some point, and honestly, it wouldn't be fun for me anymore, the whole big picture. My BF is still low even though I'm still not far off from 5000 kcal a day. Which is all good, but it seems like it gets harder to put weight on as I'm in the game longer. My body seems to just keep a very low BF in general. Which again is all good, but I realized that eating more than 6000 kcal ED would just really take the fun out of things and be more of a burden. Right now I'm trying to just work on getting my strength up, rather than trying to add the mass. Even my strength is literally in the toilet compared to what I used to be able to lift a few years back, following madcow's routine. I have no real motivation to even be in the gym and I like at my current cycle as a waste of money really. I wouldn't mind just adding strenght back right now, as I said. Nothing at all really seems to be coming together right now at all thoguh. i'm not sure what to do or where to go from here. I just took an entire week off last week. Any input fellas? I'm lost. Thanks.
 
How's your sleep? That's where I loose it. Doesn't matter how hard I train or how well/much I eat. If I don't get 6-8 good hrs sleep I don't grow and I feel like shit all the time. My .02
 
fuck bro that is discouraging...i dont want to throw any more compounds at you for your cycle cause i think it is probably stess or something... do you have a chick...you guys fight a lot or something...for me...i get no gains unless everything else is going good...on that note...igf would help you with hyperplasima or whatever...making more cells that you gear will inturn make grow
 
What does your diet look like? I know you try to take in 5,000 cal a day but what and when are you consuming this? I agree with others...stress can play a big part. Also, you might just be burnt out...sometimes it helps to take some time off, shit take a month off and mentally relax from it all.
 
Do you take a pre workout stimulant??? How about training at a different gym? A new atmosphere and chicks to look at never hurts. Is your day job a ballbuster physically or mentally??? Sometime killing a boss and a few co workers with an AK-47 can be a real stress reliever. Seriously bro-this is a tough time of year for a lot of people. Just be glad it's only affecting your training and not your life at home. Try to be more positive-ya never know when fate might throw you a curveball making today's problems seem trivial by comparison.

i posted something like this recently as well.... and people were getting all over me like, you need to take time off and get everything re-adjusted/why are you juciingg when ur not prepared to give it 100% :evil:


i know exactly where you are coming from and it SUCKS!!!. basically i just took a few days off. watched a bunch of inspirational video clips of bodybuildings as well as mentally telling myself over and over that i could over come this. i felt like shit for about 3 weeks, then magically snapped out of it. had a great lift, posted up some pics on here, got some more motivation, and ive been killing it ever since.

my advice is to just keep eating right, mentally tell urself over and over what you want ur body to do, and things will come around :qt:

Getting laid wouldn'y hurt either...or a few manual changes of the love oil to get the poison out.

The guy is obivously stressed and having trouble being positive and you suggest Tren? Tren is widely known for raising aggression and anxiety. His problems are not going to be resolved by adding extra compounds especially Tren.
 
It could be underdosed gear. You should be growing like a weed at those amounts, especially with that calorie intake. Are you seeing any water, acne or increased sex drive from the test?

What kind of AI are you taking? If you are overdosing on your AI and your estrogen is bottomed out then you will definitely feel like shit.

all his stress is coming from lack of gains, it's not that crazy for me to say it. I can tell just by reading this he hasn't used tren. Tren would blow him right through that plateau. I see your point, but I also see mine.
 
Not worth the risk if his stalled gains are emotional. I will admit that Tren can definitely bust plateaus.
 
I'm not sure what's up with my gear. My nips are a little sensitive and I'm still crazy vascular even though I'm ona bulking diet, which I think I can attribute to the T-bol. But yeah, the gains just aren't there. Never had any problems with Syrus before though. I'm not depressed. When I say nothing is going right, it's all in relation to the gym and training. I'm on 1mg A-dex ED and 40mg Nolva ED. Never had problems with the anti-e's before so I don't think that's it either. I've usd Tren before, the sides were just too annoying for me. The last thin I wanna do right now is add another compound anyway. The only variables I can think of to changw would be my training and MAYBE my diet. My diet is solid though. Lots of Protein from freal ood and also powders. I eat anywhere from 50-8o grams of carbs in my meals, although my last few meals on training days and the second half of my mels on non-training days are Protein/Fat meals. I get lots of healthy fats as well, with the carbs meals as well as just with protein/fat meals. I don't know. Just at a loss right now.
 
Too much Adex and Nolva imo. Knock back both by half. .5 adex eod and Nolva 20 mg daily. Why both might I ask?
 
I agree about stress. When I am stressed about school or work or anything I cant get shit done. When I just start laughing it off like it aint shit. Everything falls into place bro.
 
Ever run HGH or IGF-1? That or time off are the only things i see helping you.
 
Yo bro, just keep your head up; disappointment in any arena of life, whether it be the gym, school, work or personal relationships can be infectious and result in poisoning your person. No AAS experience, but definitely have dealt with the stress factor, and sometimes a little time off, as many have said, or even a change in scenery or routine can kick the funk. Good luck~
 
If the problem is only training and diet related just take a 2 break away from the gym.Enjoy the holidays,relax and eat.When my gains stall out its because I've crossed over into overtraining and need a break so I take one.
