Next time you switch from 2 weeks of Clen - to - 2 weeks of ECA, try and take the ECA for more than 2 days, cause you have been a real CU^T this last week.

I know - but I think I miss the Clen...................

30min cardio - empty stomach first thing in the morning
regular lifting day
30min cardio - around late afternoon.

Will this work?

I'd say 30 morning and 20 afternoon..dont want to overdo it.

That along with a dialed-in diet, and some Clen/T3 - ECA should make for a nice 12 week cutter?

I already do - I still take 25mcgs/day with my HGH/ed

The Clen is weird, - I talke it after I lift - and then it puts me OUT for a nap - when I wake up - it's 2nd cardio session.

AF-Guys Taurine Powder can't be beat...............

That's the only drawback - "sleep" - if you want to call it that.

sleep? wtf is that....between kids and work coming out of ahole...wish i could just pass out for a few days...congrats on engagement...i think i read that?

u shouldne be sleeping on clen at all bro...

when im on clen i am up all day longg.. now the end of the day i may be kinda of tired but certainly not until 8 at night if i take my clen at 8 in the morning...

im assuming u got ur clen for ag guys. because ur a good bro and u support the board sponors..which would mean its legit...but clen making u tired, would FOR ME mean i got liquid melatonin or something lol

Some people react differently to it - opposite of what most do.

It makes me sleepy within 20min.

Can't complain - but when I wake up from a nap my calves are SO sore - probably from being cramped

Just curious -- how long have you been on the clen cycle? Seems to me if it puts you to sleep maybe your receptors are a bit toasted? Anyone else w/ that experience?

diet, sickness,rec drug use, lack of getting ur heart rate to the proper level when doing ur cardio....somethings missing here

not accusing u of rec drug use..im just saying its something that could mess up the equation :worried:

I've never heard of Clen putting someone to sleep, but I have seen the "opposite reaction" thing a few times. From the sounds of it you should be shredded up pretty good by the time the warm weather gets here solidly. I'm surprised you aren't hungry as hell on that dose of EQ... Sounds like you're right on track, just stay motivated- :coffee:

If I don't eat "something" every hour (seems like) - I'll resort to chewing my arm off!

I'm not second guessing my "plan" - I just like to "check-in" once in a while.

ECA 3x a day is enough to wire me for about 16 hours. I'm using it to cut up for contest now. I use 5 days on and 2 off until my goals are met. The stuff kicks ass and I'm not hungry at all.

Remember bro, you get to pick my cycle in the near future so kick up those brain waves and think of something (he complained he never gets to pick anyones cycles). It will be a bulker so get thinking boy!
