Note in PO Box

I went to my MBE PO Box today and found a parcel note there, It's the same kind you get when you get a parcel at home when you're not there. It says to pick up my parcel at the post office. I asked the lady at MBE why I didn't get it there and she said 'I don't know? sometimes this happends...'

I went to the post office to check it out, and while I was in line I realized the note said it wouldn't be there untill 1pm tomorow. I played dumb and tried to get the parcel anyways knowing it wouldn't be there so I could ask the lady why it wasn't left in my PO Box, she said 'I don't know maybe it needs a signature...'

Now this parcel is from China and doesn't need a sig.

Any idea's on what I should do?

I personally would very hesitant to pick it up. That smells real bad, and doesn't really make sense to me. Why would they put the slip in your box before they had the package? Maybe the postal carrier wouldn't have brought it back by then and have it separated? If you're feeling brave at least let it sit for awhile, like a few days. Don't go down there when they expect you to.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking of doing. Allthough I highly doubt they would sit a cop in the office for even one day for the small amount of gear I'm picking up.

I had a note left in my box also. i just went to the main post office and picked up the package as the not said to. The guy behind the counter didnt know why it just didnt get delivered to my box either......galaxy

I'd go sometime next week and check it out. If they ask for ID say u got no papers on you and walk away. I'd be a bit paranoid if it's from China to be honest.

I've had to sign for packages from China. I would go pick it up.
