Not sure if my cycle did anything

I'm 5'9" 215lbs 26 years old
I eat extremely clean
I'm a certified trainer with some college classes on nutrition and anatomy and I've been lifting for 13 years hardcore

It was my first cycle I did 250 mg test e a week 4 weeks of dbol 40mg a day while taking Nolva and Clen 2 days on one off I did a 14 week cycle for the last 4 weeks I added tren 50mg every other day and another 4 weeks of dbol
I also take different vitamins fish oil bcaas milk thistle potassium L glut amine magnesium

I had studied steroids for a year before trying them and even did cycles with just the one at a time to see how my body reacted before I even started a real cycle because I have high bp, it's genetic I was on medicine before ever touching steroids. I also know that tren isnt recommended for new users but as you read on maybe you'll understand.

My question is I don't feel like the cycle did anything. I had no bad side effects other than a little acne and the shakes from the Clen along with the heat and night sweats but were manageable. But I didn't gain any weight and my strength didn't increase. I look great but I feel as if I did that on my own. I was really diss appointed in my lack of strength gains because I've got a 600lb bench in training season and 450 + in non

Is there any suggestions as too what I could do to make increases? My goal weight is 250 I'd like to continue powerlifting and eventually bodybuilding
 
So have you ran multiple cycles and this recent one didn't do anything?
If those are your stats then I'm guessing are pushing beyond natural potential and are gonna have to push dosages and have everything spot on diet wise even more

No I ran 4 weeks of dbol by itself 6 weeks of Clen by itself 4 weeks of Nolva I just wanted to see how they reacted before I did everything at once so if something went wrong I'd know what it was and why. I got to my weight and strength prior to touching steroids I was expecting at least a 10-15lb gain. Maybe my next cycle I'll up the doses to see if that helps.
 
So you did a 14wk test e cycle with dbol front loaded for first 4 wks. And u took clen on cycle? Is that right?

What was ur EXACT diet on cycle?

what the scale says doesn't mean anything to me. its what the mirror says.

some people might disagree but if your stats are legit you are gonna have to run stronger dosages then what you wrote. 250 a week test if its UG and underdosed won't do anything for you. 500mg of legit pharm grade test will though. so it makes a huge difference the quality of gear and dosages
 
either your GEAR was bunk or you werent eating enugh !!! and if the gear was good you should've gain atleast some water weight ....

Steve hit the nail on the head here. Your gear may be underdosed or bunk, and if the claims about your strength and stats are correct, you are way beyond your genetic potential which means more gear at a higher dose to see anything substantial.

The scale will lie to you and not tell the whole picture. The mirror however, won't ;)
 
So I've attempted multiple times to put up pics on here and my app keeps shutting down so sorry no pics but for an example this was a typical day morning protein shake eggs and whole wheat waffles mid morning protein bar lunch veggies fruit yogurt granola bar with either chicken broccoli and rice/ fish with broccoli and pasta or a 1/2 lb spinach and cheese burger mid day another powerbar and protein shake for dinner I would eat 3 times usually the same meal but I always had potatoes some kind of pasta or rice and lots of meat along with a protein shake after my workout and a casein shake before bed.
This is typical eating for me all the time I just can't seem to gain any more weight. I was told to just eat what I want when trying to bulk but I prefer to eat clean.
Maybe it was bunk but I would've thought I would've had some bad side affects but if I were to up the doses for my next cycle is it just trial and error? Or are there any recommendations?
 
If your gear was legit you'd atleast bloat and you can't eat maintenance and expect to grow unless you're out of shape to startw

Edit:you're 215lb and benching 600? Do you not have a back and legs?
