if im currently taking 160mcg of clen per day, can i bump the dosage down on days im not working out, like to 80 mcg per day, and then back up thenext day?
or for instance on saturdays when i work till 4 i ussually need some coffee to help wake me up so could i bump the dosage down on a day like that?
or does this somehow fuck with the effectiveness of the clen?
