I take mine at night bfore bed and it actually help me sleep. I sleep like a baby. Also to minimize PRl effects i take it 5on/2off. I dont know but perhas try what I am doing. 25mg/day, at night, before bed, 5days on, 2 days off.
Now I am stacking it with cjc 1295 (w/dac) which i inject E3D so maybe that is making the difference I dont know.
Hope this works out for you as I am really enjoying the cjc/mk stack a lot. I also got blood work and my gh & igf numbers are pretty darn impressive for a minimal pinning peptide protocol for sure.
