Not showing up on scale?

I'm in my last week of my test cycle running at 500mg and have been personally loving it. I get compliments all the time saying how I look bigger and stronger! I can tell that my vascularity has gone up big time and I have lost a substantial amount of bf...I only began with about 11% and dropped down a % or two because my diet is real strict. The question is I feel bigger, stronger, more vascular and get this from other people but it isn't showing up on the scale? I eat A LOT as well and have no problems with my diet and never have. Eating about 4500 calories a day. About 250-300 grams of protein. 150 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fats. Could it be the evening out of drop of fat and muscle gain to even out the scale to make nothing show up? 5'6 22 175lb
 
If I read this correctly...........It seems like you lost fat & replaced it w/ muscle. This is good. Are your shirts feelin tighter?
 
bro, this is one of the mentality problems that a lot of us either have gone through or still go through... it sounds like you've made excellent progress and the mirror and pictures don't lie... if you can see the results, and your body fat has dropped that much and you've still maintained size, then your doing damn good work bro...

Thanks Dylan I appreciate it. Like I knew I wasn't doing anything wrong and wanted to see your guys opinions on what could be happening. haha and yes squatzilla some of my shirts do feel a bit tighter!

Great work on loosing the bf its not an easy battle especially as you get into single digits.
Next time take before and after pictures for true affirmation of your results and actual analysis of your bodies changes.

You know what goin on 4t I am so pissed I didn't, I promised myself I would and never got to it. Shame on me I wanted to so i could compare before and after. But at least I feel and look better. Thanks though man for the feedback! I can post pics now if you guys want.

if i'm reading this right that is no were near 4,500 calories but more like 2,700 which would explain your recomp and whe the scale has not gone up...at that weight if you were eating that much you would have put on 15-20 lbs no doubt in my mind

Appreciate your input. No man it's pretty damn close to that amount of calories..that was my confusion to on to why I wasn't gaining any weight but I saw incredible results in the mirror.

was that a typo? doing the math....

protein x 300g= 1,200 cals
carbs x 150g= 600 cals
fat x 100g= 900 cals

2,700 total

i eat 500 grams of protein a day and my total calories in a day comes out to right around 3275 everyday... thats not an exact formula... i know what your basing that off of but that's not how it always adds up... sometimes its more or less but its far from exact... i learned that right away that those numbers are skewed...

it may not be exact but its no were near 4,500 calories tho, that's what I was getting at...
that's a lot of fuckn protien bro lol, I could just imagine your grocery bill :worried:

its not fucking cheap! you know i've got a few hookups though even on the food bro... =)
