not seeing anything?

i was on test enanthate 250mg/eq 200mg every 4 days for 6 weeks and i wasnt seeing any sign of any gains or strength increase so i upped the test to 500mg every 4 days. i been on 500mgs test every 4 days for almost 3 weeks now and havnt seen anything. no strength or gains. im eating PLENTY. i train 4-5 days a week for about an hour and a half. im 6ft 160 pounds. is there something wrong with the gear?
 
its QV gear. this is the first time ive ordered from this source but it seemed reliable.
 
It sounds like you need to up those calories EVEN more....
The source those came from has had lots of good feedback from his users...

(I even used THE EXACT SAME gear from the same place my last cycle and had nice gains)

How about a dietary breakdown? (And I mean scrutinzed here...A macronutrient breakdown by times and quantities :))
 
did you ask a mod about your source before buying?

Alright I'm gonna bust my brain for you tonight :p

Cut that training time down...1 1/2 hours is too long :o (1 hour TOPS, imo)
And NO CARDIO...you're 160 lbs...you dont need it (if in fact you are doing it)

Now put a sample daily diet up, and I'll figure it out for you :D

I agree 100% with term....what are you eating ?..How many calories,carbs,fats,proteins...I usually eat 5000 + clean calories per day...Term eats 5000+ shit calories per day{LMAO}but he is good like that...And I'm sure your stuff is legit ;)
 
im sure its legit too i was just wondering. i dont kno exactly how many calories i eat a day i never counted. and no i dont do any cardio.

Then track your diet tomorrow (better bring a notebook :D)

Write down EVERYTHING you eat and waht times (and you NEED to get macronutrient breakdowns...That is VITAL)

You have a dietary deficiency is my guess, and it would be in your best interest to correct it, now...:)

Also cut back on that training...(time wise)
You CAN overtrain while on :(
