not looking foward to post cycle blues

Well in 2 weeks ill be done with my first cycle 12 weeks of deca /dbol. Im dreading waiting 12 weeks to start my second cycle . I know i dont post much but i read the boards everyday and try to take in as much info as i can. I cant thank everyone on this board enough for all the great informative post and endless information on AS that a rookie like myself needs. Thanks again guys DIRTDOG
 
I know everyone is different, but I am in post cycle right now from a sustanon/winny cycle and its not that bad. Just make sure you keep liftin hard, eat right, and do the proper pct. You'll be just fine bro
 
6 weeks til i start my 2nd cycle, im dieing over here.. its so good to be on . at least ill be low bf when i start my cycle this time. starting right after competition

Dont think cause you are off cycle you should stop working out. Keep your intensity in the gym, do a good pct, and keep a good diet and you'll keep your gains.
 
Attitude is very important in off cycle training. Too many guys go into it thinking I can't grow, I can't get stronger, I can't get leaner so I'll just half-ass it til my next cycle starts.

Is it true though that during PCT you should take it easy till you test lvl's get back close to normal?

I don't think so. I decrease the volume and maintain the intensity.

ive got the diet training and pct all in check im just gunna miss the sauce lol
