im on an a50/test/dbol cycle... 4 weeks into it... 4th cycle... up 25lbs... but bench hasnt improved much... shoulder press is up 2 dbs... but bench sucks... what can i do? btw about to end a50 and add dbol...whats goin on w/ my bench?

i just switched last week from

incline press db:6-6-6-4
cable flyes: 8-8-6
db flyes: 6-6-6
weighted dps to failure

i substituted flat bb press for incline db

got to have those flat barbell presses in there if you are looking for stregnth bro. try starting out with flat barbell presses. warm up all the way to your heaviest set. dont go to failure until that set. then work your way down for 4-5 sets. your rep scheme should be(after you warm up to your heviest set)4-5 reps,6-7 reps,10 reps,10 reps. all to complete failure. then do heavy incline dumbell presses for 4 sets. finish up with pec deck and cables, maybe some hammer streghth inclines.hope this helps.peace

like ash said, give it a little more time, also I hope you're not going heavy every week because that would be a mistake, make sure you mix in a "light" week to give your joints a break & I hope you're getting sufficient rest! good luck bro

kev is right.you want strength, you need to be using the barbell as your main.if you are after strength then you need to stay with low reps and for that bench you need to work the shit out of the triceps.that is what is going to bring up that bench.that's the main thing we focus on for increasing your bench.your delts, lats also play a role ,give the routine kev has outlined for you a try...PM me if you have any other questions.....PEACE
