Not gaining weight

I'm 29 5'10" 200lbs

Gear: 21 days into 300mgEQ every 3 days
250mgTEST ENTHANATE every 3 days
40mg dbol/day (stopped dbol today)

Diet is:
Breakfast
---------
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup 1% milk

Midmorning
-----------
1 serving cytogain
1/2 cup oats

Lunch
-----
Protein Shake (20g)
1 banana

Mid Afternoon
-------------
1 can tuna
Protein Shake (20g)

Dinner
------
8oz Chicken Breast
Brocolli

After Workout Meal
------------------
Muscle Milk
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oats

Total cals and macros

3361 cals
41%protein (327g)
35%Carbs (312g)
24%Fats (85g)

I've been working out for 12 years and very knowledgable about workout routines. I workout 5 days/week 1-1/2-2hours/day

I can see that I'm growing. My wife says i'm starting to look "beefy" I can also see that I'm losing fat but have not calculated my BF%. I've only gained 5lbs total (muscle + water) I'm taking Femera w/ cycle

Any suggestions? This is my 3rd cycle. First was dbol and test. Second was Test and tren.
 
one simple suggestion

drop some of the Liquid proteins and add more Solids Protien sources and with more total Protein per serving as well


ps based on what is seen in that diet

believe your total calculation are off on gram age and of course total calories

might consider re-calculating
 
eat a lot of meat chicken/beef/duck all high protein and try some creatine
for energy it works for me lots of food and sleep and you will get there ok mate
 
You're right. Total cals are 2291. 286g P 308g C 66g Fat. Remove some of the protein shakes and add steak, chicken, or tuna in place! Will do. It looks as if my Protein/carb/fat intake is ok, but my calories are still too low. Replacing 1 shake (20g protein/150cals) with 1 can tuna (32G protein/150 cals) Ate this rate if I get my calories up to 4000 My protein intake will be through the roof. How do I consume more cals without going above the recommended 1.5g prot/lb of bodyweight?
 
i don't think you'll die if you eat 2grams/lb... but there's always the chance.

make sure you are getting sufficient water intake.

Don't change what you are allready eating. Just add another whole food meal to this diet like 8oz of lean beef and 1 large baked potatoe and some brocoli.
 
Baked Potato.......Should I be eating "white" starches? I've been eating only stone ground wheat (nothing enriched), sweet potatos, oats etc..... I've added 8-12oz of chicken or steak. Eating is almost like a second job :RADAR Thanks for the help you guys!
 
Try throwing in some nuts, peanuts, cashews and the like, they have some high quality fats, mono, unsaturated fats...easy way to up your calorie count is by eating good quality fats cus there's 9 calories in 1 gram of fat, compared to 4 cal's in 1 gram of protein or carb.
 
Up the cals a bit in the morning if you are upping the cals in the afternoon. Maybe throw in some anpb on some whole wheat muffins or something. I eat a shit load of cals in the morhning, then keep a nice steady source throughout the day.


as far as the gear goes, you wont really see much from the EQ for another 20 days or so. The Test should start kicking by week 4, you will see some water retention.

To me the calories look too low to be putting on much weight at your size. For 3 meals a day I eat 2 big chicken breasts, breakfast is 3 cans of tuna. I do weigh a bit more at 240, but in comparison to what youre eating I would think yours should be a bit higher. Like others said ,eat a lot more whole foods. I wouldnt eat less than 2 chicken breasts for your dinner. I would also eat some meat after your workout too.

All of those meals look like less than 300 calories each. If you have to drink shakes atleast throw in another scoop or two. Like somebody else said snack on nuts all day it made a big difference for me. I used walnuts, pecans and almonds.
 
who makes your gear.. what lab.. that might be the root.. even if you dont eat well youll still gain weight on good dbol.. water or fat or whatever.. the scale goes up
 
Your not eating enough carbs. Boost your complex carb intake. Your eating more protein than carbs! Should be the opposite. Carbs should be leading.
 
Definately eat more lean red meat. More sold foods per meal as was stated.The femara is holding back your gains as well. When you wake up at night to take a leak, eat something!!!
 
Forget the stupid Femara, it's too strong and inhibits gains. Try Aromasin its alot better than femara and arimidex. its perfect.

Also, eq is really useless, and test E at 250mg is peanuts.

Why dont you take 500mg or 1gram per week of Test E and keep on taking 40mg dbol. You'll grow in no time and remember IT TAKES TIME, u wont get big in 8 weeks regardless of ur cycle or diet or lifting.

1 gram a week of test is stupid. you tell him its a slow process then say take a gram of test?? If hes not gaining weight with the gear he is on, he must have some bunk shit. Either that or youve dropped alot of fat and gained muscle at the same time. Man that dbol alone should of put 10-15 pounds on you by now. But, 3 weeks in is when shit really starts happening, so be patient, stick to your plan and see whats up at the 10 week mark.

Eq is GRRRREAT!!! as long as its legit.

Meal #1: Add 8oz more of milk and some protein powder in it. Try eating your eggs with some corn tortillas.

Meal #2: Can't remember what Cytogainer is??? Isn't it a dextrose drink or something?

Meal#3: Add in some oatmeal to your protein drink. Bump the protein up to 50grams. You can add in some non-1% milk as well.

Meal #4: All protein....Add in some kind of starch here.

Meal #5 (Dinner): Add in some kind of low GI starch here as well.

Post-workout meal #6: Looks fine, but you could up the milk to 12oz if you wanted to.


ADD:

Bedtime: Add in some Cottage cheese and some whey. Add in some All-Natural Peanut butter or some Almonds.

You need to be eating my man. Test/Dbol/Eq + CALORIES/PROTEIN + weight training = GROWTH.

DO not be afraid to eat and to gain some fat.

I honestly think all of your numbers are shit. I don't see you getting anywhere near 327g of protein from meats and shakes. Incomplete proteins from bread don't count. You need a TON of more carbs
 
i'm on a sim cycle 400 test e/ 400 eq / 250 tren e ev 4 days. I'm in my fifth week and i've gained five pounds 212-217. I eat clean but I eat alot. If its not fried or filled with sugar I eat it. I work out 5x5 program which gives me gains everyweek. If you want to gain weight then just eat, eat, eat, and make sure its not crap, oh and snack on broccoli, its filled with vitamins and the fiber helps to get rid of the useless crap, oh and get some sleep, i think i would make better gains if I took my ass to bed, but I think the tren screws that up. I take melatonin during the week to help me get to bed in time. Sorry for the long post but I hope it helps. :)

cycle looks fine to me if its your first, no need to over do it. as already said, add more red meat. lunch and dinner you should be eating a LOT more! also try drinking a high calorie high carb weight gain drink approx an hour before you work out then again immediately after your workout, along with lots of food. your after workout meal is the most important one and your drinking milk??? you need more food bro!

Whoa, load of info there.

1st thanks for all the advise,

I'm on 500mg of test and 600 eq. I just ended my dbol @ day 26. I'm up about 12lbs :D:D:D:D I lowered the dose of the femera....it was dropping my blood pressure from 114/60 to 112/42. Once I dropped the fem it went back to normal.

All the gear is real and supplied by Stallion Labs. I'm on day 26 and feeling great. Super strength gains. Bench went from 235 5x5 to 255 5x5 and it seems I have more energy/strength during the 3rd and 4th sets.

All your food advise helped! Cyto gainer is made by the same ppl who make muscle milk. In 1 serving it has 860 cals (w/ 2 cups low fat milk) 6F 75C 54P 7sugar. I've been eating nat PB and munching on raw almonds, pnuts, and cashews throughout the day.

Lunch and dinner are whole chickens (equals about 3-1/2 to 4 cups each serving.

Up'd my carbs. 1 cup oats and 4 slices of wheat toast to go with my 6 egg whites for breakfast. Another cup of oats mid morning, and a sweet potato with lunch.

jmead?? I saw gains after a week just not in my weight. I think one thing that was going on that someone hit on was I was losing fat and gaining muscle.....and the 2.5mg of fem ed.

EQ wont kick in till when? Maybe week 6-8?

WHen I find that I am stalling in regards to wt. Add a shake ( protien, peanut butter and a bannana) Homemade wt gainer, right b4 bedtime.. Works 4 me..
 
I've actually have that same conconction b4 bed. And when I wake up to piss I eat a spoonful of nat PB. I'm going to a wedding and got my sport coat tailored on 1/27. It's gettin' tight as fuck. Guess I'll be goin' coatless. :RADAR
