I am TIRED of been screwed over, time and time again
Well NOT ANYMORE
This is what happens when u are a nice person,
Here is my story
Well i am currently a contractor for the company i work for, well i work very very hard and i get on with the rest of my team who are Permanent Staff, well we all do the same role, the only difference is i was brought it as a contractor, one of my colleagues applied for an internal position, which she got, meaning there will be an opening for a replacement, well my boss calls me to one side and say's to me, if i would be interested in a Perm role, since Clair, will be leaving us for her new team, next month, i said sure, if it is offered to me i will take it after all i am doing the job. Anyway they had to advertise the job externally, after all it is only fair,
Cutting the long story shut my boss calls me in today and says, i didn't get the job because
apparently i dont communicate with the team and i dont do enough work, what a load of crap considering i WORK twice as hard than anyone, and i am doing the role he says, we are having an upgrade in systems and that, i will be needed more than ever, meaning to fold papers and envelops and shit, he also has the fucking cheek to say, oh they might be Perm Jobs in the future and that he would really like me to consider that.
I dont think so i will be looking for something else ASAP, I WORK very hard and I NEVER complain,
it was my boss was even encouraging me to apply, so he can turn me down what a cunt.
and u know what pisses me off even more, my boss and i are on friendly terms, the rest of the team treats him like shit and dont like him, i am the nice one in team
one of my mates say well his been in the situation before, and say's that
("[I]you don't work hard enough" situation and accused of not communicating. The two go hand in hand. You are beavering away doing your own work and no one notices you. And because you are busy you don't
bother to tell people you just get on with it. So what he was tell people what he was doing more and work less. They had a system which logs the work: -They told him that he was doing less work than everyone else, so instead of answering the phone, doing the job and then answering the next phone call. HE stopped after each call and created a job in the system to say what HE had just done, then the next
month it was all fine. -So meaning you need to talk more and do less... -If you see what I mean)[/I]
The whole thing really Pisses me off
This is also what happens when u are a nice and sweet and kind person, people Screw u over, ( EX Was the same he took the piss because i was nice and loving well NOT ANYMORE MORE)
i will be screwing them back, i am going to be needed more than ever in the next coming weeks, because they will be a system upgrade, my boss will be away because his wife is expecting a baby, and Clair would have left
by then, also with the new guy starting he would not have a clue,
That is when i will drop my bomb shell and leave, i am currently looking for something else as we speak
