M manfromba New member Jun 10, 2003 #1 Taking 500mg's a week of sust and 250mgs a week of deca. My buddy advised me to take 250mgs of the sust and the deca together and the other 250mgs sust a few days later. Is this really neccessary or would it be better to take everything at once? Thanks

gilly6993 New member Jun 10, 2003 #2 your buddy is right....Sus has 4 esters some of which are fast acting so you definately want to seperate the shots.....
