Not A Steroid Question... Anyone On Here A Lawyer?

Is anyone on here a lawyer i need some advice its not about steroids at all its more about a claim. I want to sue someone they permently damaged my ligement in my pinky... Any help would be great and any help given that results in a win of the trial will result in a bit of cash :) Let me know thanks
 
Why not just contact an attorney in your area? Most of them will give you a free consultation for a case of this nature.

Bro, take it from a fellow Canadian, you wont stand a chance. You wont get a good lawyer to take the case and if you do, you'll spend thousands of dollars in legal fees and it will drag out for yrs.

I was injured in a city bus in Toronto and couldnt work for 3 yrs. The insurance company refused to pay a dime and the case was very simple and they knew the driver was at fault. With that being said, if you are going to find a lawyer, find a real lawyer and not a paralegal. A paralegal will screw you completely!

One last thing to remember....
Our laws arent like the U.S were you can sue your dog and win. You cant sue for pain and suffering in Canada and many other things.
 
will be very soon. firstly the consultation is free. my father is the prezz of a top 10 firm my sister is in the biggest in the midwest. my boy injured his back on the job working for a pharm corp. he was given a bag to bring the supplies he needed when he traveled. it was an 80lb bag with wheels, the wheels broke and he asked for a new one. they did not provide it and ignored him. he injured his back so bad at one point he was told he would never play sports again. he is better now, but the company did not do what they were supposed to. we got him one of our personal injury lawyers and he won 70grand. they make nothing unless they win plain and simple.
 
Ya i used to but I was just asking in general for him because i was interested to see what you would all say. and he was seriously considering taking them but didnt and thank god after reading what your saying even me juicing at 18 was a bad decision i understand now. If you think im not 19 haha ill show you my driver license if you want lol if it means that much to you.

Bro I went to law school, and my roommate is a practicing lawyer.. 250 an hour for consultation. If your a respected and demanded lawyer, there is no such thing as free consultation. Ill hook you up if you want. HAHAHAHAHAHA...

well it all depends bro. it was probably cause it was my friend. but a few bros on here know who my father is, and he is as big time as it gets on the supreme court council everything. a smart good lawyer will give a free consultation, if he makes bread and thinks you have a good case he will do it free. just depends.
 
I completely agree boss....

My pops is a corporate attorney for internal fraud cases up in mass. It just comes with the territory. He doesnt get alot of cases so obviously there is no free consultation, but i guess if you do civil cases you WOULD do free consultation...

you da man juiced. yea just going by what i know, some lawyers will bleed you dry, some are really good people that want to help you.
 
you cant complaing about taking 35% of the settlement... Its worth the 6-7 years you spend in school.. I just didnt have the drive to finish it. I gradutated with my JD but I chose to become a contractor down here in south florida.. I guess I lucked out because I am the envy of my fraternity brother that went to law school.. But to each his own.... There is something to be said about anything that has the motivation and desire to devote that many years of their lives to studying.... Good luck to you.. It'll pay off..
 
Think that canadians ate Lawyers that's why eh can find anyone....the ones left dress up as SASQUASH and roam in the wilderness....LOL
