So I was doing squats the other day and I'm really having a good workout. I started with 225lbs and did about 15 or 16 reps. Then I did 275lbs and did about 12 reps. Still feeling good. Then I did 295lbs for about 11 or 12 reps. Still feeling good. Put on 315lbs and did about 7 reps. Stomach is starting to hurt now. Then I did 385lbs....did about 3. Felt like I was gonna throw up. Took a few minute rest and then said fuck it. Put on 405lbs; I've never done this before and was a little nervous but I was ready most definately. Did 2 reps and felt an intense pressure in my face; kinda like someone punched me in the face but I didnt really feel the impact...just the after effect. My vision got kinda fucked up and I leaned forward and luckily the weights fell on he rack correctly. I look up (there's a mirror literally right in front of me) and my nose started bleeding! It kinda felt good that I pushed myself this much! Has this ever happened to anyone?
I know this should be in the weightlifting forum but my question is do you think it had anything to do with the supplements I was taking? I mean I love Amp02 but it does give me a headache...I can feel the pressure in my head. I dont know; maybe its the lingering afftects of EQ/Test...I was stillt aking var at the time too. Although officially today I am done with everything and am just gonna wait my two weeks for PCT.
