Nose job?

I broke my nose and had a septoplasty but want Rhinoplsty to make the hump on top not so big.. i think I have big nose but the wife and everyone else thanks I am very good looking,, So has anyone got a nose job done, I only had a septum straightened out, but i want to know more about the nose reconstruction,,

I had my nose broken a few times. The worst was when I got into a fight with one of my friends because he was picking a fight with one of our other friends little brothers... we were both in high school... anyway I beat him down and figured he'd had enough so I walked over and asked him if he was doing ok when BAMMM... right in the face with a broken brick. I went down and he ran into his house and locked the doors. lol

So back to the Q....

I had this done through the military so it did not cost me anything. The doc that did it was a reservist that owned his own private practice. He did an extremely good job. My problem was bad enough that he had to break my facial bones in several different places and reconstruct. I ended up with a straight nose with no hump and certainly not crooked. lol

its been about 15 years and it still holds up. even after my 18 month old daughter head butted me in the face the following day after surgery and then my wife opening the door and hitting my nose... haha... gawd that fricken hurt
