Normal Test levels????

pacebria

New member
To start I just need to now some opinions on my situation. I have been 100% natural(clean) now for about 2 years. I am 30 yrs. old, 5'9" 178 lbs, 12% bf. I have been training for about 12 years now, on and off cycles 10-12 weeks of test (500/week)and deca(400/week) maybe a little winny here and there but never overboard. Well I went and had some blood work done just for a checkup and my test levels are as follows:
Serum test= 306
Free test = 1.06

First how low is that???

Second whats the best route for fixing it???

306 is on the low end of normal.... your free test is definitely low... but in order to figure out why, you need a more complete set of bloodwork... measure S H B G, Prolactin, estradiol, etc can help explain why your test and free test levels are low.

what did that doctor say about those levels? did he suggest any further course of action? you should get a more thorough bloodwork:

• Total Testosterone
• Bioavailable Testosterone (AKA “Free and Loosely Bound”)
• Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is unavailable)
• SHBG
• DHT
• Estradiol (specify “ultrasensitive” assay for males)
• LH
• FSH
• Prolactin
• Cortisol
• Thyroid Panel
• CBC
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
• Lipid Profile
• PSA (if over 40)

My doctor has me set up with a urologist locally. But I did not know what to ask him when I get there? I don't plan on doing many more shows in my life but I would like to keep all the size I can well into my 40's or 50's. I am 30 now. I did not know what course of action they might take.

What kinda shows?

how do you FEEL right now? how's your energy levels? how do you sleep? how's libido? how's general quality of life? all those would be affected by low test levels. If they are, definitely mention that to the urologist... ask him what bloodwork he's going to run (he should)... see if it compares to the list I gave you

Bodybuilding (lightweight extremely novice)

As for feel I have been fighting off panic attacks for over a year, other than that I am just a little stressed. Energy levels are ok but endurance is not there. Libido is still really strong which is what confuses me. I still feel the need to rub one off every other day. Thanks for all the info as well

Oh yea and I have to take lunesta if I want to sleep more than 4 or 5 hours it sucks.
