Norephedrine

Due to an FDA advisory last year (based on very poor science, but what-the-hey...), phenylpropanolamine (norephedrine is an isomer of PPA) has been pulled from most (if not all) OTC medications and supplements. I suggest doing a search using Google for more info.

the reason ?

PPA (Phenylpropanolamine), a product found in many diet drugs and cough medicines is believed responsible for 200 to 500 strokes each year. The FDA recently issued a warning about PPA to consumers about its dangers.

please note the "is believed responsible "

same BS as for ephedrine
