Hi I am currently taking ON Protein and thats it. I want to start to take a form of CEE and amino acids, but I don't know what to take. I was thinking of buying the CEE and NO2 from GNC because I live in Hawaii and if i shipped it it would cost the same. I also heard that I should get L-arginine instead of NO2 because it is cheaper I was wonderin if there is a better form of CEE than the one at GNC?(sorry don't know brand)
Also when I do workout I would run a lot(3miles) and i noticed that my mass went down a lot. Is it from the running? Should i stop or just not run as much? My goals are to become strong but tryin to get abs hence my reason for running. iF I do start takin CEE and a Amino acid should i cut out the running?
