I hope it's ok to post this here. I'm a new forum member and wanted to introduce myself. I've been lifting for about 8 years, some years harder then others and have been out if it seriously for a while.

The forums I used to go to a few years back are gone now, to no surprise. I've been lurking here for a short while and finally decided to register as I’ve had the urge to get “serious” again..

Not to be too specific, but I live in Maryland and am 31. I look forward to re-learning what I learned in the past as I know many things have changed. Although I do remember a few things

Lol, it's the name I use to use on the "other" forums from many years ago. I'm just keeping things consistent. Maybe someone will recognize the name from when I was in AZ.

I've been reading the sticky’s and I have to say allot of it is common sense. Well at least it was when I would frequent forums such as this. I used to go to goheavy.com's drug forum back in 1999. But that section seems to have been shut down for some time.

From what I see here so far, this site is superior I many ways. I can't say that I'll have a lot to contribute for a while. I'll be reading and re-learning for some time so my name probably won't be popping up all that often.

In any event, expect to see me asking allot of questions that can't be easily be answered by doing a search.

OK well;

1) Yes you can drink winny

2) You typical first cycle is test e at 250-500 mg per week for 10 weeks

3) Read and KNOW PCT and you can do that byu looking at the PCT forum

4) look at www.spotinjections.com for information on how to inject, where to inject, etc.

5) DO not under ANY circumstances PM a mod or member with any information regarding gear. We just talk about steroids, nobody here actually does it and can't help you find it.

6) I can't recall if you said your age but if you are under 21, then there is no need to do any gear as your natural testosterone is shy high so eat right, train hard, and wait a few years to see IF you still need to do anything gear related.

7) Make sure you give Karma to any member that really goes above and beyond to help you out with answers and direction.
