non fat yogut post workout

it would depend on what additional sugars were added to the yogart. milk sugars are not very efficient at restoring glycogen.

On the topic of the yogurt, i told you how i feel about dairy postworkout, but if its the only thing you can get your hands on then run with it. Its better than no carbs at all. Try having some High G.I. carbs though like breakfast cereal though too. They have something like frosted flakes or cheerios in the cafe, dont they?
 
haha whats goin on buddy school is good..i went for the cereal tonight and they were out of fuckin skim milk so that went right out the window...see ya later
 
Thats when you jump up on the table and hold the cafeteria hostage w/ your big genitals. Whos needs a real gun. shoot me a call this week, im not going to be able to go to that show Thurs., but im working the baseball games and the concerts this summer so will be on together alot.
 
IMHO diary is not a very good choice post workout, not only because of the carbs, but also because of the protein profile, a lot of the protein in dairy is casein and u dont want casein post workout
