On the topic of the yogurt, i told you how i feel about dairy postworkout, but if its the only thing you can get your hands on then run with it. Its better than no carbs at all. Try having some High G.I. carbs though like breakfast cereal though too. They have something like frosted flakes or cheerios in the cafe, dont they?
