non-fat milk solids?

Can anybody answer me where I can find non-fat milk solids? I just searched around the grocery store forever and couldn't find them. It didn't help that I didn't really know what I was looking for. Any help?

Oh, and also, if anybody has the nutrional information for this, that would be appreciated too. Thanks.

On a side note, while attempting to make a protein shake, just now I spilled a little bit of milk on the blender buttons...well when I was cleaning them off with a paper towel, I pressed the button.
