depends on what your running and if your gyno prone...starting dosage is 20mgs.

Im taking 50mg A bombs a day, and 400mg of deca per week. I know a lame cycle but where I live gear isnt cheap. is 20mg of nolvadex good.

You should take nolva with every cycle due to it's positive effects on cholesterol. Keep in mind that you should run winstrol with that cycle. You're using two compounds that will give you progesterone problems. Nolva and Winstrol will help combat the the progesterone effects. 20 mgs is good to start. You can take it all at once. The half life of nolva is about 5 days.

No. It's not over the counter. You need to take it during and after the cycle.

From what I have been reading it has some pretty nasty sided effects not mention that it is also very hard on the liver, so why would you double it with var that is also hard on the liver

Nolvadex? I don't think so bro. It's well documented to not stress the liver at all.
