when taking nolvadex at 20mg a day should it be split into 2 equal doses or is the half life long enough for one 20mg dose a day?

if your taking it evenely through the day, even if its twice a day as opposed to one, and then that regime is followed day to day you have a better chance of having more stable plasma blood levels of the nolvadex, same concept of shooting enant 3-4x a week, prop ed, etc...good luck

Nolvadex is fine taken once/day at 20mgs. I would take it before bed, but it will effectively occupy the ER through until the next dose, no problem bro IMHO.

I disagree! Splitting a tab and taking it 12 hours apart (or close) will almosr always be superior to "once/day". Blood levels bro!

No not "always" . it's highly dependent on the particular drugs half life.

Sorry bro, so you are saying that Nolvadex taken once per day will not effectively bind to and occupy the estrogen receptor, therefore not allowing the stronger more harmful hormones access? Well, I have to disagree, it's duration of positive effect is more than long enough to do this on a single daily dose.

Fellas, I AM NOT STATING THAT ONCE/DAY WILL NOT WORK! The question the thread-starter asked had to do with "more efficiently" uptaking the Nolvadex thereby more adeptly waging war against estrogen! I still state with a degree of medical certainty that ANY drug taken in split doses will ALWAYS out-achieve the same drug taken once day! No matter what the 1/2 life is! Once a day is fine in this case-----it is BUT, I'm just stating a fact that taken twice daily------more stable blood results will be obtained! Trust me!
