nolvadex or not

Done 3 cycles in 1.5 yrs test sust deka dbol omnadren all kinds of different stuff have never used nolvadex have had sore nipples and maybe a little swollen but that went away after a couple weeks post cycle should i nolvadex and if so how much should i take thanks -- Graffixx

use nolv for emergency if needed during a cycle

You should always take an anti-estrogen from day one of any cycle with test, d-bol ect. included. You do not have to use novs but get arimidex or proviron instead. If you keep doing cycles and keep getting bitch tits one of these times they will get very bad and not go away after your cycle and then you are fucked. My question is why you would not include an anti-estrogen?
