Nolvadex Help Please !!!!!

Can somebody tell me what the proper doseage of nolvadex would be while on an 8 week cycle of: 500mg sustanon/week and 400mg equipoise/week?
I have looked on the boards with no good answers. Please help me out with this one. I have to place my order this week.

you could probably get away with using 10mg ed, if you start to get itchy nipples up the dose to 20mg ed
