Ending my cycle of Nolvadex and will be taking 40mg perday
1st week and 20mg per day for next 2 weeks. Should I split
up during the day or take all at once. Also, what is the best
way to take them? I hear leave under the tongue and then chew
them may be the best. What do you think?
