Nolva thoughout the cycles?

In doing a cycle of Sus for 10 weeks at 500mgs a week. I have heard some mixed reviews... I was wondering if you all would suggest taking nolva throughout the cycle at 10mgs a day. Now I am looking to of course fight gyno off, but also I am trying to reduce water ret. Now I know some of you love to have the water, but I dont... So I wanted to know if I could take the 10mgs mabe starting at the end of week 3 being that you dont see results until around the 4th week. But what I have also heard and Im not sure of the proper name, but some people say that if you take nolva through out the cycle... Yeah, you will be fighting off gyno and reducing water, but you could also end up with gyno after you stop you cycle and stop taking the nolva.. Something about the unblocking of the recptors... Please help with this

For starters I would use Arimidex instead of Nolvadex if water retention is the main issue.

A second alternative would be to use Nolvadex and Proviron throughout your cycle. My friend has done this and has had min water retention.

The main thing in controlling water is keeping your diet clean. That means little to no salt in your diet.

As far as the gyno goes... Nolva is going to compete for the estrogen receptors not stop the test from aromatizing like the proviron will. You are asking about the rebound affect from the nolva. As I understand it, after you stop taking the nolva, the receptors are free. Any estrogen that is still in your system can now bind to those receptors. Back tracking a little, proviron will help eliminate the extra estrogen by preventing the aromatization. Nolva will complete for the estrogen receptors with any estrogen in your body. Finally, at the end of your cycle, clomid will bring your natural test production back online so your balance of test and estrogen are correct again. Just my .02 after doing loads of research the past few weeks and help from the excellent bros that take the time to answer instead of bitch about answering.
