Nolva question

Jenetic I have a question,
because Im skint and have had them laying around from my last of cycle sust 250 1ml ew with your pct and its been about 8 weeks since pct finished and all is good (I know I should get blood work done )
Im taking 20mg of dbol ed all at once in the morning 100 tabs 5 weeks ,would taking nolva before bed help with recovery and would you use hcg at the end of a short cycle

Nolvadex during the cycle and before be will not help with recovery. It will act only as an anti estrogen in that scenario. I would still recommend using HCG but at a lower dosage and shorter duration. For this particular scenario, you could use the mid cycle protocol of 500 IUs HCG ED and 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for 7 days consecutively. Then, continue with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for an additional 2 weeks.
