nolva quest

Hey bros,
Need a little advice on nolva.
I seem to be prone to gyno , sore nips and puffiness. I want to prevent it
I’m starting my next cycle soon,
Sustanon 750mgs wk.
Winstrol 50 mgs. A day
for 10 - 12 weeks

Should I take nolva from the beginning, and how much, how long ?

Thats alot of test if your prone....how about a low test dose and primo? if your going to run high test probably want a-dex or aromasin to run throughout...keep letro on hand

Lower the test to 500mgs and only use nolva if you need it.

750 is high if you only have acouple cycles under your belt. if you can still make gains on 500 then dont change it. i wish i could still gain on 4 or 500mg a week. even if your prone to gyno i dont reccommend running it from day one. just have it on hand as well as adex and aromasin or fem, and only use them if you need to.

I have the fem on hand if it gets bad, so i should run the nolva only if i see symtoms.
how should i take it 40/20/20?

I suggest an AI with entire cycle (ARIMIDEX,LETROZOLE,AROMASIN)
