nolva ... puffy nips gone

well my bro has been on nolva for over a week now. His puffed nipple no longer has that flabby look to it, it seems to have "squinched"-(i know not a word) up tightly. His nipple stems do seem to be sticking out a bit further than normal. Also the itchyness/burning has stopped, and the tenderness is gone pretty much but theres still a bit of "sensitivity" when hes wrestling and what not. When pinching the affected nip there is a small lump, but ive passed on Mr X's advice and hell be starting letro monday or tuesday @ 2.5 mg ed, then ramping down once the lump starts breaking up.

Curious as to once this situation has completely been controlled if he would be able to run some ananvar.

Ex. Var @ 40mg ed for 6 weeks
With nolva @ 20mg ed throughout (then 20-20-10-10 for pct)
And with letro @ between 2.5-1.5 mg/ed throughout. (then tapering off durning pct.
....would there be any problems with somethiong like this? obviously the sex drive will be an issue, but some cialis should help that . Oppinions welcome, thx

Also if this is any indiction of anything, the tips of the nipple "stems" tend to become white colored sometimes...if that means anything. And the var mentioned in the above cycle is from his old lab that he always has used in the past and until now had never even touched an Anti-E even with dbol and had zero problems.

Another random question; no tren, deca, abombs, or nilevar have ever been used ... so does this 100% eliminate his slight gyno problems from being prolactin or progesterone related?
