With the ability to get "research" clomid and research nolvadex I don't see why you can only get one and not both. Your PCT should be as comprehensive as possible.

The answer you get here is likely to depend on whether someone is tryingto sell you something or not.

I personally use both, but if I were limited to one, I would chose clomid. Then again, clomid doesn't bother me the way it does many.

really depends on personal response. Clomid is effective as PCT, though some people have issues with its oestrogenic side effects. Nolva is not as well established for HPGA restoration.

which one is better is going to depend a lot on the individual.

you know your body, or if you dont yet, i sure would not be doing any cycle without nolva encase i need it during the cycle.

if running test, either have an AI on hand or run it along side.

do you have an estro issues (high body fat, female/stubborn body fat, puffy nips, etc..)

Yeah, it all depends on the individual. Done some reserach and it seems that some people respond better to either one, same story with side effects (according to Anabolics 2005). From my experience, Nolva was enough for PCT since my cycles were not too complex and heavy due to health issues. I'm curious to try some Clomid later.

With cycle I would first suuggest a aromatase inhibitor like arimidex. second option would be nolva.

nolva if needed during the cycle for gyno, clomid for PCT..........

run them together at the end of the cycle as well for better and faster recovery
