arimidex - 0.5mgs ED at the start if you need more bump it to 1mg ED

I tried 20nolva with 25mg proviron and not much help keeping the bloat down. then I added .5 ldex and still not much help, now up to 1mg ldex, 20nolva, 50mg proviron, hoping this helps. cycling 250test e4d and 600mg/wk primo.

Damn babbabuee, .5mg/day of a-dex didn't help bloat when you were already on proviron? How long did you give it?

A-dex doesn't do anything for estrogen that's aready circulating so it can take a week or more to see the effects after you start it. If 1mg/day doesn't help you there's something wrong somewhere.

bump it to 1mg or drop in some femara
